📢 Important Update Regarding ICBC Patients As of February 19, 2025, we will no longer accept new ICBC patients due to changes in ICBC’s Health Care Provider Terms, effective March 22, 2025.

🔹 What This Means: ✔️ We will no longer provide direct billing to ICBC for new patients. ✔️ After March 21, 2025, we will also no longer offer direct billing for existing ICBC patients. ✔️ If you wish to pay out of pocket and submit your claim to ICBC independently, you are welcome to book an appointment. ✔️ These appointments will be scheduled as regular visits under our standard booking process.

📌 Important Booking Information 📝 New Patients: Please arrive 15 minutes early to complete any necessary forms if they have not been submitted online. ⏳ Cancellations: Kindly provide at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations to avoid applicable fees. 💳 Credit Card Requirement: A valid credit card is required to book appointments. 🩺 Extended Health Benefits: We accept most major insurance providers; however, claims may be subject to denial or delays. You are responsible for any remaining or full balance if a claim is not approved.
